About Us

Social Life dance center was started back in 1991 by Mr. Randy Lynn in Toronto, Canada. It was his wish to develop a more modern approach to dance instruction and bring dance awareness back into the minds and feet of the public. Social Life has grown into a successful process of dance instruction. There are two Social Life Dance Centers in Wisconsin. There is one located in Madison, and one in Waukesha. They are independantly owned and operated. This website represents the Waukesha location.

Inside our studio, there are two seperate dance areas. A smaller floor is located right off the lobby area. This is the first dancefloor you will see when visiting. There is another dance room attached to the smaller dancefloor. Private lessons take place in either of the two rooms, and sometimes start out on one floor, and end up on the other, depending on the dance being taught. The back room is also where all the parties are held, all group sessions take place. Each dancefloor is fitted with its own stereo, so seperate music can be played at any time.
